PSA Technology
PSA( Pressure Swing Adsorption) is an advanced gas separation technology, based on the physical adsorption of the internal surface in the adsorbent to gas molecules, separating the gas by the characteristics of absorbing
to the quantity of different gas in general pressure. The CMS (Carbon Molecular Sieve) is a sorbent picked up from the air, used in separating Oxygen and Nitrogen molecular. The absorption quantity of CMS is greatly
higher for Oxygen than Nitrogen under the same pressure.
Nitrogen is normally used as protective gas or atmosphere gas for reduction and carburetor. Under-circumstance of room temperature and high pressure, oxygen and nitrogen are separated by different-diffusion rate in CMS.Nitrogen purity and output volume is adjustable to meet customer's requirements.
PSA technique (Pressure Swing Adsorption, PSA for short):it's a kind of advanced gas separation technology, based on physical adsorption of gas molecule on the internal surface of adsorbent (porous solid substances), using adsorbents in the same pressure easy to absorb the high boiling point gas, difficult to absorb low boiling point gas, and under high pressure adsorption amount of absorbed gas increases, under low pressure adsorption of absorbed gas to reduce the features to achieve gas separation. This process under pressure adsorption of impurities, under reduced pressure adsorption of impurities, make the adsorbent regeneration, is the PSA cycle. SPARE PARTS:1. Air Compressor (Screw type): Air is used as raw material to collect & compress air to 8 bar.2. Refrigerated Dryer: The standard configuration removes moisture and impurities in the air, so that the air dew point reaches -20°C (the intermediate configuration uses an adsorption dryer, and the dew point reaches -40°C; the advanced configuration uses a combined dryer, and the dew point reaches- 60ºC).3. Precision Filter: A/T/C three-stage filter to remove oil, dust and impurities.4. Air buffer Tank: store pure and dry air for subsequent adsorption and separation of nitrogen as raw material storage.5. Adsorption Tower: A&B adsorption tower can work alternately, regenerating adsorption, filling sodium molecular sieve to filter out oxygen molecules.6. Nitrogen Analyzer: real-time monitoring and analysis of nitrogen purity, indicating that the equipment is working normally and alarming.7. Valves & Pipelines: Intelligent control valves realize automatic operation of equipment, PLC control, SUS304 pipelines.8. Nitrogen Buffer Tank: Store nitrogen with qualified purity, which can be directly piped or used for bottle filling.9.
